0.  Nick Zedd
() Nick Zedd in Mexico City –
in danger of eviction!
sign his petition on FB for his and his family’s predicament (search for “Nick Zedd” on FB)
He writes this:
I have been held prisoner in Hotel Virreyes in Mexico City for the last week in my room with Zerak my son and his mother Monica.
The security put a padlock on the front door of the building, shut off our electricity and cut the hot water, gas and internet.
This after informing all of the tenants to get out with only 2 weeks notice. We have paid the rent on time every month for the past two years.
I finally found a modem in one of the halls to enable me to send this.
People have been smuggling food water and medicine to us from the street which we pull up with a rope.
All of this has been reported on my Facebook wall and from my Twitter feed by an intern who I gave my passwords to, who lives in the outside world.
Carlos Slim and the Selina corporation are apparently trying to starve us out. There is an Amnesty International petition up to pressure Hote Virreyes, Selina and Carlos Slim to stop harrassing and sequestering us. Maybe you could sign it and forward it. The Mexican police have apparently been paid off or are afraid to stand up to Caros Slim or the Salina hotel chain. No journalists have had the balls to report this story but social media is disseminating it. Every other tenant in the hotel has given up and left. They all turned out to be cowards, even though they could have been represented by our lawyer too.
Perhaps you would like to cover our story?

It would be very cool if you could get someone to sneak into the hotel to interview us while we’re being held hostage. Maybe you can get a drone camera or a rope ladder.
